Amy and Joseph’s wedding was the first at Harpers Farm on the 17th of September in 2022. This day also happened to be the most windy and rainy day of the year down in Mount Barker Springs. Despite the weather being against them, they said '“I do” in front of the beautiful bi-folding doors in The Barn, where you could see the sweeping rain behind them as they tied the knot! As the rain eased, the couple and their bridal party were able to capture some gorgeous photos around the property, with the help of our golf buggy chauffeur and their talented photographer, Dylan Lee.

With the wood fire going and the paella bar cooking up a storm, The Barn had a relaxed and cozy atmosphere that really made Amy and Josephs reception a true dream! All the guests were able to relax in our comfy lounge corners and explore outside to see our precious animals when the sun came out to greet everyone.

We feel truely special to have had Joseph and Amy trust us with the most important day of their lives and count ourselves as blessed to be living out our dream of hosting weddings on our flower farm!

THE DAY

We honestly couldn’t be happier with the way our day turned out. All credit goes to Nat and Dave and their hard working team for pulling it all together for us! We didn’t have to worry about a thing, they made the planning and the day so relaxing and they truly brought our dreams to life!

With the bad weather, we weren’t able to have our ceremony in The Canopy, however I think I had the most stunning ‘plan B’ option a bride could ask for with The Barn!

All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue is and how delicious the food was! I hear people were going back for thirds of paella!

Joseph and I are totally in love with the way our wedding day turned out, it was beautiful even with the crazy weather!’
